RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Summary of Position

The purpose of this role is to provide support to a team of Sales Representatives as well as their customers. This role plays a key part in ensuring that administrative and support needs of Sales Representatives are met so that Sales can focus on their core job responsibilities. This is the ideal position for a unifier who thrives at meeting other’s needs in a fast paced environment. Must be comfortable working directly with customers and Sales Representatives via phone and email.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Daily activities include but are not limited to:

  • Process customer change/service requests and monitoring the status of all changes to ensure proper implementation
  • Work with sales reps, various internal departments, and external partners to resolve any customer issues
  • Assist with merchant communication via phone and email
  • Manage task or project based assignments in order to best support the Sales channels
  • Process equipment and file requests
  • Educate sales reps and customers on new features, products, and industry requirements to ensure best practices are being followed
  • Monitor account activity and prepare various monthly and quarterly reports to assist sales reps in ensuring customers are processing properly and consistently
Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent phone and written communication skills
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Must be extremely detail oriented and process driven
  • Must have the ability to prioritize and manage time independently and effectively
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office programs

Desired

  • A plus to have prior experience in the payments industry
