DATA ENTRY/OFFICE ASSISTANT

Location: Santa Barbara, CA
Summary of Position

The primary purpose of this role is to complete various data entry tasks. This is the ideal position for a process-driven individual who is capable of following all procedures with accuracy and efficiency. This role is also responsible for miscellaneous office support.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Daily activities include but are not limited to:

  • Uploading all new applications into various systems
  • Reviewing all information that is boarded by the Underwriting team to confirm accuracy and make corrections as necessary
  • Sending welcome emails and information to all new merchants upon application approval from Underwriting
  • Assisting the Underwriting department with pulling reports and researching information during busy times
  • Assisting with various projects as needed
  • Ordering office supplies and managing some vendor relationships
  • Assisting in planning office events, meetings, and conferences
Qualifications

Required

  • Must be detail oriented and process driven
  • Must be able to multi-task, as well as prioritize and mange time independently and effectively

Desired

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe programs
  • Strong typing skills
